Whato is run by Xion Thrive LLC. Email is the fastest way to reach a person, and a real one reads it.
What to write about
- Remove a listing. If something needs taking down — yours or someone else’s — send the listing link and say why. Anything unsafe, illegal, or misrepresented comes down quickly.
- Lost access to your marketplace. Forgotten group PIN or owner code: email from the address on the account and we’ll sort it out.
- Sponsor a board. Local businesses can sponsor a neighbourhood marketplace, one business per category. Tell us the area you want to reach.
- Privacy requests. A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — see the privacy policy for what’s held.
- A problem with another user. Whato doesn’t mediate deals, but we do act on accounts that misuse a marketplace.
Response time
Usually within two business days. Anything involving safety or an illegal listing jumps the queue — put urgent in the subject line and it gets looked at the same day.
Reporting a listing you can’t email about
If a listing is dangerous or illegal and you’d rather not email, contact your local authorities first. Whato is a listings board, not an emergency service, and we can remove a page but not intervene in a transaction.
